Sponsors & Exhibitors

The first ISPIM Innovation Symposium took place in Singapore in December 2008 and was followed by the second event in New York City in December 2009. The idea behind the symposium was to hold an event outside of Europe which is traditionally where the main ISPIM symposium takes place. The symposium is a smaller and more intimate event than the symposium and has taken on its own identity. Delegate numbers have steadily increased and 185 people attended the New York event. We confidently expect to have around 200 delegates in Quebec City which will be our first event in Canada.

ISPIM will promote the symposium to a mailing list of 15,000+ innovation professionals up to the start of the event. In addition, the symposium will be promoted by ISPIM’s extended network of associations and media partners.

Sponsorship:

ISPIM is looking for organisations to sponsor the symposium. The following levels of sponsorship are available:

  1. Main Sponsor (CDN $ 13,500): Luminary speaker or workshop slot, exhibition stand, inserts in delegate packs, 3 free delegate places, primary position of logo on all materials (posters, website, brochure, proceedings, book of abstracts).
  2. General Sponsorship (CDN $ 6,750): Exhibition stand, inserts in delegate packs, 2 free delegate places, logo on all materials (posters, website, brochure, proceedings, book of abstracts).

Exhibition Area:

There will be a dedicated exhibition hall situated just next to the main plenary room with space available for 15 exhibition stands. This area will be used by delegates for their coffee and lunch breaks which will ensure maximum exposure for all exhibitors.

Two options are available for the exhibition area:

  1. Roll-up bannerstand (we will provide a table, chairs, electricity point and wireless Internet access)
  2. Pop-up lightweight stand with dimensions of about height 2m x depth 0.5m x width 2m (we will provide a table, chairs, electricity point and wireless Internet access)

The cost to book a space in the exhibition hall is CDN $ 1,350 and all exhibitors will be entitled to register one delegate at the ISPIM members rate (a saving of CDN $ 135) – please note that a second delegate will have to register at the full delegate rate unless they are already members of ISPIM. In addition, all exhibitors will be entitled to one free insert in the delegate packs and free use of the main display table. Additional inserts will be charged at the rates below.

Delegate Pack Inserts:

The cost to have an insert in every delegate pack is CDN $ 1.35 per insert. All inserts should be sent directly to Quebec City. If local printing is required this can be arranged at an additional cost.

If you are interested in an exhibition stand or delegate pack inserts, please contact symposium@ispim.org.
